Non-Destructive Testing

Non-Destructive testing is used for detection of flaws and irregularities in metals without causing physical destruction to the component being tested.

RADIOGRAPHY TEST: (Gamma Ray& X-Ray)

GAMMA-RAY Radiography:

Gamma-Ray Radiography is one of the most widely used test for detection of flaws and irregularities in welds, castings etc upto 63 mm equivalent of steel. the test is conducted under the strict supervision of qualified radiographic experts. The Lab is having latest equipments of both foreign made and Indian made (DELTA-880 & ROLI-I) .

X-RAY Radiography:

X- Ray Radiography is also one of the most efficient methods used for detection of flaws in low thickness casts and welds (up to16mm thickness equivalent to steel)

ULTRASONIC TEST:

Ultrasonic testing is one of the most widely used test in defence and engineering industries. Ultrasonic test is used to detect flaws in plates, shafts, welds, castings, forgings etc.

Ultrasonic tests are done by qualified lab experts having years of experience. MAGNETIC PARTICLE TESTING :( Prod & Yoke type)

LIQUID PENETRANT TESTING:
